Handmade Yucatan is a personal project of outstanding multiple generational craftspeople in the Yucatan Peninsula who are keeping their trades alive. Whether it’s 3 generations or 5 or since the start of time these hands have extensive histories doing what they do. Theirs is a story of heritage and old-world skills that are still alive in a quickly changing world. It is a story of willing submission to lineage, of family trade, and cultural pride.
