The Brash Rodeo is a small-town rodeo in the town of Columbia Fall, Montana. It is a weekly rodeo series that reminds us of what the West once was and still is in these last remaining pockets of culture. Let it be a beacon in a world being swallowed by what seems like progression. The West was never a place to be won; it is a place to be remembered and referenced. I still see the gamblers and lawmen, the trappers and bankers, the teachers and drifters wandering the streets around me. To me, this project speaks of remembering our roots when they are so quickly being replaced by digital disillusions.
