Chilean Wine has been overlooked for decades, however, it is finally starting to be recognized for what it can bring to the table. Specifically, the Colchagua Valley in central Chile makes some of the world's best red wines and is known for the grape varietal Carmenere. From large industrial scale production to small batch boutique it is truly a place to explore.
